How durable are your backlit SEG light boxes?
All our light boxes generally last for years, we find that most swap graphics out while continuing to use their old hardwares and our frame is made by fireproof ABS with OSRAM LED strip, they can hold the light box for a very long time.
Do you offer Graphic Design services for your light box designs if we don't have our own designer?
Generally speaking, we do offer graphic design for our light box displays. For possible inquiries, please contact our design team. For larger light box displays and wall graphics we will offer an hourly rate for any design services or project rate services. For graphic design templates, please see the product page for the light box you are interested in and download the design specifications. We suggest all light box design files to be at least 300 dpi in resolution for optimal printing resolution.
Can I pay for my order when I pick it up?
Unfortunately, we only take payment at the time of order. Therefore, payment will need to be done online when order is placed.
Do I receive a discount for a large purchase?
Yes! We provide discounts for bulk purchase orders. For orders >10 please contact us with how many items your require and we will get back to you with our best bulk order price.
